Absolutely would recommend shooting Alan an email to schedule an in person appointment at the boutique near Baltimore! The pictures on the website do not do the watches justice, they look even better in person. I loved the boutique space as well, pleasant experience overall. My Balt-Pilot is very accurate and has a busy but clean design that a world timer should have. Can’t wait to see what the future holds, I’ll be exclusively buying from Tsao going forward.

I bought the legacy GMT midnight gray and it is beautiful! Perfect size and the details on it are fantastic! I own several watches from all price ranges, this is definitely affordable and the quality is far above the price. Love it!

This watch has become my go to daily watch. The fit and finish of this watch is well beyond the price tag! The lume on the face of this watch is out of this world, you could use it as a night light! The straps the watch come with are easy to change and give the watch a completely different look. Finally, the travel case the watch comes with is made with high quality leather and has plenty of extra space to store addition straps. The watch fits perfectly in the cases cutout and is very secure.

If you are on the fence about getting one these in a different color (now that the purple sold out in preorder) do it! This watch is perfect for my 7 1/2 inch wrist. Love they used a new Maryland assembled clone of the ETA 2824/ Selietta SW 200. The watch roll that comes with this is also top notch. Do yourself a favor and pick one of these up!

Been following Tsao Baltimore for a while and finally got the opportunity to get a Torsk-Diver Professional with an additional rubber strap. I definitely recommend making an appointment through the website to be able to see all the watches in person. Pictures online are great but don’t do them justice!

I was able to try out a few other watches I had been looking at, all the while talking with Alan and learning more about the history of the company. Overall the experience of the appointment was very personalized and professional! As for the watch, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
